DATA DRIVEN SITE MODELING
Massive Terrain and 3D Building Mass Generation with GIS Data
Location: HHS 111
Date + Time: Thursday, 2018.02.08, 6:30pm-9pm
Instructor: Ted Ngai
Description: Workshop will cover generating terrain models from satellite imagery and generating building footprints and massing from city data. Then combining 3D terrain and building mass into one coherent site model file.
Requirements: Participants are required to bring a laptop with Rhino installed on their laptops and download and install Qgis.
