LOW-HI VISUALIZATION
The Spectrum of Image Production
Location: HHS 111
Date + Time: Sunday, 2018.02.25, 12pm-3pm
Instructor: Sebastian Misiurek + Scott Sorenson
Description: Image making is part and place within the realization of ideas and depiction of design intent. This workshop seeks to respond to time and phase by defining a spectrum of digital image making techniques and introducing workflows for Quicker (screenshot) and Slower (rendering) image production. Utilizing textures, wallpapers, lighting, and fundamental material properties, we will compose the core basis for this workshop moving through techniques that distinguish a (low quality) vs (high quality) image without sacrificing quality or intent.
